Chance Royce is an Austin-based stand-up comedian known for his sharp storytelling, dark humor, and fearless approach to personal topics.

Originally from South Texas, Royce began performing stand-up in his early twenties before spending several years in Los Angeles pursuing comedy and acting. He returned to Austin during the pandemic and has since reestablished himself as one of the city’s rising comedy talents.

His comedy draws heavily from real-life experiences, mixing self-deprecating humor with stories about family, relationships, and life’s unexpected turns.

Royce has built a substantial online following through viral stand-up clips, including one that amassed more than 20 million Instagram views. He’s also appeared in commercials for national brands and has become a familiar face on Austin’s comedy scene.

A finalist in Austin’s prestigious Funniest Person in Austin competition, Royce has shared the stage with comedians including Kevin Nealon, Laurie Kilmartin, and Pat Dean.

In addition to headlining clubs, he co-hosts comedy events around Austin and regularly performs at venues such as the Velveeta Room and The Creek and The Cave.
