About this Cancer Season

Cancer season will take us from detached and breezy Gemini and have us feeling moody and introspective. Get ready to dive in and expand your feelings, as Jupiter is also in Cancer this year. Cancer is a water sign and is ruled by the moon, our emotional identity, so expect someone with this sun and/or rising sign to be sensitive, sentimental, and intuitive. Cancers are represented by the crab, so think tough on the outside, big softies on the inside. Once you´re their friend, they are fiercely protective and nurturing! Again, they are sensitive creatures, so rub them the wrong way emotionally, and they can become resentful. An insecure Cancer can quickly become jealous, and sometimes that protective energy becomes possessive, so they need reassurance that all of their feelings are respected. Once a Cancer feels emotionally safe around you, they are some of the most loyal friends and will treat you like one of their own, which is a big deal because blood and/or chosen family is important to them. They will always have a soft spot for you, even if y´all have a falling out or end your relationship. Cancers are quite nostalgic and can cling to the past!
