Live Music: DWLLRS
DWLLRS is a California alternative pop duo made up of lifelong friends Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon.
Hailing from San Clemente, the pair first began writing music together while they were roommates in college, turning late-night conversations about life, love, purpose, and growing up into atmospheric indie-pop songs.
Their name, DWLLRS (“Dwellers”), reflects their tendency to overthink and explore life’s biggest questions through music.
Established in 1975 by the late Clifford Antone, Antone’s is an iconic downtown Austin live music venue. Austin's Home of the Blues.
