Social Collective – January

Kick Off 2025 with Confidence and Community!
Ladies, let´s start the new year prepared-emotionally, socially, and physically!
Join us this Tuesday, 1/7/25, at 6:30 PM for our first Social Collective of the year.
We’ll catch up over a garden-fresh salad and a hearty pot of red beans and rice
before diving into an empowering session led by Jeff Garner, an expert in self-defense, Krav Maga, and Goju Ryu Karate.
Jeff will guide us through the basics of self-defense, situational awareness, and proactive preparation. There´s no better way to begin the year than surrounded by friends and equipped with life-saving knowledge!
New to the area or Social Collective? No problem! Come as you are-we can´t wait to meet you and share what we´re all about. Have a teen daughter? Please feel free to bring her so she can also learn!
