Groups of 6-30 people can book Hipside Peddler for private excursions through Austin’s enchanting East Side for some bar and restaurant hopping and sightseeing tours! “East Side Public Mixer Tour!”

Sign up and join others on Hipside Peddler for our East Side Group Tours! We take you on 2-hour cruises through the city and a little time to check out some local pubs and breweries. To run a bike we need a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 15 per bike. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages and must be 21 or over along with valid government issued IDs.

David was SO AWESOME, he was super chill and friendly! We rented a trolly on Friday afternoon for a bachelorette group and we had a blast riding around and popping into all of the bars! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something fun to do and ask for David!

Max was an AMAZING tour guide. Definitely hyped the group up and had so much fun with us. His recommendations were top notch and the bars he brought us to were incredible. Highly recommended booking your next birthday/bachelorette/party with Hipside Peddler(specifically ask for Max if you can)!!

I can’t say enough great things about the experience and the couple that operates the tours. To start with, the “vessel” itself is flat out impressive. There’s an iPad, audio input, places to keep your beer cold, and backs on the chairs (seriously, don’t underestimate the importance of that last feature). I’ve done similar tours in other cities and Hipside’s bike is on another level. A+.

The tour itself was awesome. Having already experienced west 6th the night before (we were there for a bachelor party), we opted for the east 6th tour to see another side of the city, which was perfect for our group. They took us to a solid combination of fun neighborhood dive bars and a great cocktail bar to finish up the tour, and our driver provided solid recommendations along the way.

Speaking of the driver (and her husband, the other operator), what an awesome crew. These two were so warm and inviting when we arrived, incredibly patient throughout the tour (even during our drunkest/loudest/more obnoxious moments), and you could tell how important it was to them that we all had a great experience, which we certainly did.

Overall, 5+ stars around for the experience, level of fun, tour route, quality of the peddler and staff. I’d highly recommend this for any bachelor/-ette party, company party, or just a day out with friends. You won’t regret it. Thank you Hipside crew.

Seriously this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ve seen these pub crawls throughout town before and always thought they would be fun. So when the opportunity presented itself I jumped at the chance to try it out!

Hipside Peddler definitely did their research and created a comfortable and enjoyable biking experience. The seats themselves have backs which is nice because one could easily fall into the street after one too many drinks. There is a platform to step on and off the bike versus directly into the street. The music can be (and should be) cranked up and there are places to charge my phone because (honestly) it is going to die quickly from all the pics and videos.

This was an amazing group activity as I was able to catch up with friends I don’t see often and explore the East Side (which I’m rarely on as I live in north Austin). Seriously go book Hipside Peddler…NOW!

Look no further! Book Hipside Peddler for your next birthday, Bach party, or friend hangout! The operators are THE NICEST and COOLEST I’ve ever had on an excursion. Although I’m a local Austinite, this trip was a great way to hang with friends on Sunday Funday and explore some untapped places in East Austin. The bike is clean, the ride is easy, and the music and fans totally keep it cool! Thanks for a great time Hipside!!

The absolute best experience and time EVER. I (unfortunately) moved away from Austin a few years ago but still love coming back to visit as much as possible. My last visit was my best visit because of Hipside Peddler. 1. I got to have ALL of my favorite Austinites in the same place, drinking, moving, interacting, socializing. This was so much better than doing a big group dinner where I can’t catch up with multiple people. 2. It was AWESOME to see the East Side and how much has it has grown and changed since I’ve lived there!!! 3. All I had to do was show up and then have fun. All of the stress of my visit, planning, coordinating, etc., was taken care of by Hipside!!! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone in Austin but especially anybody visiting or returning that needs to see/have fun with lots of people in small amount of time. #RIDEHIPSIDE!!!

Like other reviewers this was my first time on a beer bike and I’d definitely do it again. We had Johnny as our captain and he was great – friendly and professional.

The bike itself is very comfortable and fun. I’d recommend wearing tennis shoes instead of flip flops because you do have to pedal hard at times. It’s worth the work though – burns some calories so you can drink more beer!

Overall, a great group activity and a unique way to see East Austin.

MUST DO!!!! This was my first time to do a pedal party and we had a great great great experience!!!Our guide was Andre and he was the best!!!! -very kind and personable!

My friends and I wore wedges and we were still able to pedal just fine! They have a cooler available and cup holders/koozies for cans. There was an aux cord for our music too.

***BONUS- this pedal party had backs on their seats (a lot of companies do not) and a platform for getting on and off- I can’t imagine doing a pedal party that didn’t have these two things!!!

Everyone that works there that we interacted with was awesome!! Very friendly and they all went beyond and above our expectations!!! One of our friends left a jacket on the pedal party and Andre came and met us at Rainey Street to drop it off to us- WOW!!- how thoughtful!!

If you are trying to decide which pedal party company to do in Austin- this is the one- there is no way you’ll regret it!!

Hipside Peddler is the best. We opted for the 2 hour ride and Rachel, our driver was so much fun! Great way to pre-game before hitting up the town at night. Highly recommended.
